Founder of Stateamind Watersports in St. Louis, MO, Joel has been selling performance boats at Lake of the Ozarks for many years. In 2019, Joel was able to join together with Rick Ball and Steve Brink to purchase Iguana Marine Group and continue on with providing top of the line boat brands at Lake of the Ozarks. Joel loves spending time out on the water with family and friends.

Joe Lavin is a sales professional at IMG with deep roots in boating. He grew up boating on the Mississippi River in northern Illinois. He attended the University of Missouri, spending summers working on the lake, where he developed a passion for boating. Starting at a rental/gas dock, Joe worked his way up to becoming a charter captain, gaining extensive knowledge of the lake. After graduating, he became a demo and delivery captain, delivering over 300 new and used boats. With experience in a wide range of vessels, Joe uses that firsthand knowledge to help customers find the perfect boat. He especially enjoys delivering boats and spending time on the water with customers to show them their new vessels. Outside of work, Joe loves cruising the lake, visiting local lake bars, wake surfing, and playing golf.
